Meaning à As a team, OUR VISION: is to convince our local communities that the church has an active love for our people. Regardless of whether you EVER step foot in our specific church. 

Model Verse:

“We love because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19)

Ministry Model: Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, “9Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. 10For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. 11Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? 12And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.”

Meaning à We work best as a team and NOT a committee….

A team is people that are dedicated for the same mission and thrive to live out the Gospel in our ministry. A team makes decisions together so that all in that individual community outreach event has their voice heard and are accepted as an essential member of the team. 

There is a sense of ownership in each of our individualized outreach endeavors which is the joy of our ministry.

Do I need to be perfect at sharing the Gospel to get involved? à Not at all! All we are looking for is people who love loving people with the Power of the Gospel. That’s it!

Can I just give financially? à Yes, you can give a check and specify in the memo “#teamgrace”

Our ministry outlook:

“’The word is ‘ownership’ true ownership comes when the team generates the ideas and seeks to implement them, not when a couple of people generate the ideas and suggest that the team members carry them out, with or without discussion. We want team members to own the ministry and the ideas they generate. If they do not have ownership, there will always be a significant lapse between what should be and what is-especially in a nonprofit organization’”
